FR. BOB BROWN , last resident pastor 1993-2004 of Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish, born March 17, 1938, ordained December 18, 1963, died Monday January 1, at 11:30 p.m. at the Holy Spirit Retirement Home in Sioux City.  The funeral arrangements are set for Monday January 8 as follows:  Visitation - 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Church, 2003 Broadway Street, Emmetsburg; funeral - 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Church; luncheon Immediately following the funeral in the Holy Family Parish hall; burial at Calvary Cemetery, Ayrshire following the luncheon.
