Marie G. Eischeid of Halbur, Iowa passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at Sunnybrook of Carroll.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Halbur with Fr. Timothy Pick as Celebrant.  Casket bearers will be Marie’s grandchildren.  Burial will be in St. Augustine Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Halbur Development Fun and may be left at the church.

Friends may call at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Halbur after 5 pm on Friday where there will be a Christian Wake Service held at 6:30 pm.  Visitation will resume at the church from 9:30-10:15 am on Saturday.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll and online condolences may be left for the family at www.dahnandwoodhouse.com.

Marie is survived by her children:  Colleen (Dan) Hausman of Merritt Island, FL, Wanda Lea (Paul) Gorsuch of Great Falls, MT, James (Sharon) Eischeid of Halbur, Janell (Edward) McKay of McClean, VA, Marla (Greg) Manley of Simi Valley, CA, Renee Ersland of Warrensburg, MO, Bob (Beth) Eischeid and Rahn (Lori) Eischeid of Halbur; 21 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.  Her surviving sibling include Annie Sloup of Omaha, NE and Susie (Dean) Davis of Glidden, IA.
