The position averages 20 hours per week with the expectation that there will be times that more hours will be required. Skills needed: Good communication skills, a working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Publisher. The Bookkeeper/Admin Asst. is responsible for completing all financial transactions for the parish in a timely and efficient manner. A two year associate degree in accounting or business administration or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred.
