The celebrant will be Fr. Timothy Schott. Music will be by Kathy Halbur. Lector will be Mary Parks. Christa and Dan Bina Family will serve as gift bearers. Eucharistic Minister will be Loras Hoffmann. Casket Bearers will be Scott Wilson, Carter Parks, Jason Stamp, James Hepp, Lucas Gay, Jesse Gay, and Mike Best. Burial will follow the conclusion of the funeral mass at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Mt. Carmel.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 5-7p.m. at the Sharp Funeral Home in Carroll. A Rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. The casket will be moved to St. Lawrence Church on Saturday morning where visitation will resume from 9-9:45a.m.

Rebecca, the daughter of Leo and Delores (Miller) Hanlon was born on November 13, 1954 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. She grew up in the Lohrville and Rockwell City area, graduated in 1973 from Rockwell City High School. While in high school Rebecca was active in sports, drama, F.F.A., F.H.A. and Pep Club.
On January 13, 1975 Becky was united in marriage to Myron Hoffmann at St. Francis Catholic Church in Rockwell City. The couple made their home east of Mt. Carmel for 15 years. Becky was active with Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish and volunteered at the school. In 1990 they moved to Carroll where they have remained ever since. In addition to being a devoted homemaker, Becky held various jobs outside of the home, but her favorite was working in physical therapy department at New Hope Village in Carroll.
Becky enjoyed watching movies, books, country music (especially Garth Brooks) crafts, crocheting, making greeting cards, and collecting M&M memorabilia. She also enjoyed chocolate especially those M&M’s. In addition, she enjoyed cooking, baking, and festively decorating for every holiday even the minor ones. Rebecca was a member of St. John Paul II Parish in Carroll.
Becky is survived by her husband Myron Hoffmann of Carroll; children: Jody Hoffmann of Carroll; Dan (Angie) Hoffmann of Carroll; and Jacob (Tammy) Hoffmann of Lincoln, NE; grandchildren: Lucas Gay, and Jesse Gay; her siblings: Mike (Ronda) Hanlon, David (Sue) Hanlon of Florida, and Pixie (Al) Hepp of Rockwell City; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Bill Trotter of Rockwell City; Theresa (Mike) Wilson of Bolckow, MO, Martha (Kelly) Schmitz of Maryville, MO, Mary (Denny) Parks of Oskaloosa, Rita (Frank) Boedeker of Monticello, MN, and Mary Hoffman of Carroll; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other extended relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister Sheila Trotter; a sister-in-law Janice Hoffmann; a brother-in-law Victor Hoffman.
