The Celebrant will be Fr. Patrick Behm. Music will be by Kathy Halbur and Sherry Loughran. Mass servers will be Jacob Haubrich, Miley Haubrich, and John Anthofer. Lectors will be Christy Anthofer and Jessie Haubrich. Gift Bearers will be Dawson, Brian, and Nikki Billmeier. Eucharistic Ministers will be Tara Thompson and Steve Anthofer. Casket Bearers will be Mark Schroeder, Greg Schroeder, Doug Schroeder, Ross Schuette, Kurt Lux, Kevin Lux, and Kurt Neimier. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Carroll.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m., on Tuesday at the Sharp Funeral Home in Carroll. Additional visitation will be from 9-10:15 a.m. on Wednesday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left at the funeral home or the church for a later designation.

Renee Ann Schroeder was born on September 29, 1976, the daughter of Robert and Irene (Reisenberg) Schroeder. Renee attended Kuemper Catholic High School. While attending High School, Renee worked multiple jobs, including waitressing, and working at New Hope Village. She graduated in 1995 and ended up working at New Hope Village and waitressed for the first few years. In 1998 Renee met Kraig Lux. As a couple they purchased a house in Arcadia, Iowa in November of 1998. Shortly after Renee started working at Kasperbauer cleaners until 2003. Renee and Kraig were married two short years later, on May 20th, 2000. Making their home in Arcadia, IA. On November 3rd, 2002, Renee gave birth to their first daughter Brianna. A few months later, in May of 2003, Renee began a career, starting in customer service at Farner-Bocken. On April 27th, 2004, Renee gave birth to their second child Brett. A few years later Renee gave birth to their 3rd child Blake on June 25th, 2007. Finally, on October 1st, 2009, Renee gave birth to her 4th and final kid Bailey. Throughout the years, she continued to work with the company Farner-Bocken for 20 years as of May 2023. Eventually she moved from customer service to inside sales. Renee loved to chase the kids from ballgame to ballgame and she was always their biggest and loudest supporter. No matter the weather or how far the drive you could always expect Renee in the stands or bleachers with some of her best friends. No matter what the activity, from drama to speech to sports, she was always her kid’s biggest supporter, which she loved to be. While Renee loved to do many other things, chasing her kids around to their sporting events was her favorite.
Renee is survived by her husband, Kraig Lux; their 4 kids: Brianna Lux (Brandon Hansen), Brett Lux, Blake Lux, and Bailey Lux; her parents, Bob and Irene Schroeder; her siblings, Mark Schroeder, Greg (Kristi) Schroeder, Doug (Lynn) Schroeder, Michelle (Ross) Schuette, Tammy Blum; her mother-in-law, Charlene Lux; her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Karla (Kurt) Neimier, Kevin (Tami) Lux, Kurt (Shanon) Lux; and all the Luxstrong Family and Friends “Framily” who have been supportive since day one.
Renee was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Les Blum; her father-in-law, Robert Lux; and her maternal and paternal grandparents.
