Families with children attending Kuemper Catholic Schools are eligible for a $500 tuition reduction per student with a completed and approved parish verification form. The form must be completed and signed by the pastor by June 30, 2025 in order to receive the $500 tuition reduction for the 2025-2026 school year. The form can be completed one of two ways:

• Fill out the Google form - the pastor will verify and sign off on each family.
• Download and print the form - meet with the pastor and have him sign and stamp the form. Then, return the form to the Kuemper office.
