All renters are to sign the FACILITY USAGE/INDEMNITY AGREEMENT form and/or provide proof of insurance and/or complete the Catholic Mutual Special Events Insurance Coverage form, and pay the fee before use unless other arrangements are made with the parish office staff at 712-673-2582.
